YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY
In this prominent position, you will play a crucial role in bringing Mural’s narrative to life for our employees. Your mission will be to ensure they feel informed, inspired, and connected to our organizational vision, strategy, and culture. Collaborating closely with our executive team, you will craft and disseminate clear, engaging messages that elucidate our direction and priorities, making them relatable and meaningful for all employees.
You will spearhead internal communication initiatives that foster transparency, connection, and open dialogue throughout our globally distributed workforce. From executive messaging and company-wide communications to change management initiatives and employee engagement programs, your efforts will empower employees to not only understand Mural’s current activities but also appreciate our future direction and how our strategy is designed to ensure sustained growth and success. Reporting to the Senior Director of Integrated Communications, you will be instrumental in building trust, engagement, and alignment as Mural continues to evolve and thrive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and refine Mural’s internal communications strategy, creating scalable programs that align employees with company priorities, business performance, cultural values, and the employee value proposition (EVP).
Develop integrated internal communication plans that support organizational change, growth initiatives, and leadership goals.
Act as a strategic communications advisor to Mural’s executive team, crafting clear and authentic messaging across various platforms including Slack, all-hands meetings, executive presentations, blogs, bylined articles, and leadership updates.
Collaborate with executives to maintain consistent tone, clarity, and alignment in leadership communications.
Design innovative, engaging communication campaigns that enhance employee connection, participation, and understanding of strategy across teams and regions.
Promote two-way communication by integrating feedback mechanisms, listening strategies, and the employee voice into internal programs.
