Partnering closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and our broader team, you will contribute to partnership strategies that seamlessly blend creativity, data, and strategic insight, gaining invaluable experience in a high-paced, performance-focused beauty tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire influencer marketing lifecycle, from identifying and reaching out to influencers, to content briefing, approval, and campaign performance evaluation.
- Foster strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators, ensuring their needs and business objectives are understood and met.
- Negotiate commercial partnerships to facilitate cost-effective collaborations that drive revenue growth across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promptly and effectively address influencer and affiliate requirements.
- Lead influencer initiatives alongside campaigns, product launches, and celebrity partnerships to maximize brand exposure.
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Continuously explore new opportunities with both emerging and established influencers to broaden reach and impact.
- Track and optimize influencer performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sign-ups, traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Work across multiple channels, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring campaigns are tailored for each platform.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance campaign efficiency.
