The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Senior Influencer Executive to spearhead impactful influencer marketing campaigns in the realms of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. This role, embedded within the Brand Marketing team, will be pivotal in executing campaigns and enhancing strategies while mentoring junior team members.
Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with the Influencer Manager, internal stakeholders, and external creators to ensure that influencer activities drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth while staying true to the Debenhams ethos.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the complete execution of influencer campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Identify, negotiate, and nurture relationships with influencers and creators across various tiers.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, contracts, gifting, and content approvals.
- Provide clear and concise briefs to influencers to ensure high-quality, on-brand content delivery.
- Monitor content usage rights and facilitate paid amplification and whitelisting as necessary.
- Evaluate campaign performance and generate insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
- Spot opportunities to enhance influencer strategies based on data analytics, trends, and audience behaviors.
- Support and mentor junior team members or executives as needed.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.
What Value You Can Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing or social media, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or e-commerce sectors.
- A deep understanding of creator culture, platform dynamics, and performance metrics.
- Experience in managing influencer relationships, negotiations, and contract management.
- Exceptional organizational skills coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Confidence in working with data, utilizing reporting tools, and conducting campaign analyses.
- A commercial mindset with a proactive test-and-learn approach.
