As a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will serve as a vital advisor to our leadership team, focusing primarily on the Research and Development (R&D) sector. You will actively contribute to the evolution of a robust and scalable HR Business Partnering function that significantly impacts our organizational growth.
Your role involves close collaboration with various business areas to establish clear standards for teamwork, ensuring that HR is recognized as a key driver of growth, performance, and organizational advancement. You will blend strategic insight with effective execution, becoming a visible leader in promoting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnering (R&D Focus):
Support designated business units, particularly in Engineering and R&D, providing guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.HRBP Excellence:
Set the standard for exceptional HR Business Partnering through clear consulting and effective execution.Business Collaboration & Execution:
Translate business objectives into actionable people initiatives and work closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development to implement them.Employee Relations Management:
Handle intricate employee cases, including conflicts and performance issues, in a professional and solution-oriented way, collaborating with HR Operations and Legal as necessary.Organizational Development & Scaling:
Identify organizational challenges proactively and develop sustainable solutions to enhance team dynamics, structures, and roles, particularly in the context of scaling R&D.HR Operating Model & Collaboration:
Work closely with HR functions to ensure effective processes and clear interfaces that maximize HR's impact on the business.Data-Driven Insights & Prioritization:
Utilize HR data and feedback to inform decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and implement high-impact solutions.
