About You
We are looking for passionate individuals who embody our core values: data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, ownership, and a strong customer focus. You thrive in a dynamic and high-performing environment and are motivated to create a significant impact. Your adaptability and enthusiasm for embracing change enable you to push boundaries and take ownership of initiatives. As a collaborative team player, you value transparency and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation. If this resonates with you, we invite you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Increase the number of new registered users and subscribers by identifying and scaling the most effective levers across the acquisition funnel. Develop and enhance acquisition channels or significantly improve existing ones.
- Take full ownership of growth initiatives from start to finish: problem framing, business case development, execution, and optimization. You will be responsible for driving results without any hand-offs.
- Address commercially significant challenges within the business, including monetization model experiments, campaign cadence, and new channel launches.
- Conduct scenario planning, ROI modeling, and portfolio assessments to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams through clear communication and credibility, rather than authority.
Qualifications:
We are seeking exceptionally adaptable generalists who can delve deep into various areas when necessary—analytics, channel execution, creative problem-solving, and project delivery.
- You would describe yourself as a barrel.
- Ideally, you have 2 to 4 years of experience at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG).
- Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment is highly preferred.
