- Create visuals for digital campaigns, sales enablement, partnerships, and product launches using Adobe and Canva.
- Contribute to video editing tasks, including text overlays, basic motion graphics, and formats suitable for social media.
- Assist with the implementation of HubSpot and support ongoing asset needs, such as emails, landing pages, and workflows.
- Work within and help refine a brand kit, ensuring a balance between consistency and creativity.
- Adapt swiftly to changing priorities and last-minute requests.

- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology design.
- Proficient in UI/UX design with a focus on creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) and comfortable enabling non-designers through Canva templates, as well as designing sales decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong visual judgment, keen attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable designing with flexibility, viewing creative freedom as an asset.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
- Solid understanding of print production, including preparing files for flyers, event booths, and promotional materials.
