Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 5 to 6+ years of experience who excels at transforming concepts—whether clearly defined or loosely articulated—into compelling, brand-aligned visuals that drive performance. This position will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives, creating pitch decks, developing social media content, designing web visuals, and producing event-related materials.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Production
- Develop high-quality design assets for various digital, print, and experiential channels, including:
- Social media graphics and advertisements
- Landing pages and website visuals
- Email marketing materials
- Print collateral and presentations
- Event signage and branded merchandise
- Deliver designs that adhere to brand standards while enhancing creative quality.
- Ensure consistency in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and overall brand presentation.
Campaign & Client Support
- Convert marketing strategies and messaging into visuals that enhance engagement and conversions.
- Work collaboratively with strategists, account managers, and content teams to create assets ready for deployment.
- Adapt designs quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
Video & Motion Graphics (Preferred)
- Assist with video content needs, including basic editing, social media cutdowns, and simple motion graphics.
- Support in creating storyboards, visual narratives, and campaign storytelling.
- Ensure visual coherence across both static and motion formats.
Qualifications
- 5 to 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in agency, advertising, or high-volume marketing environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing:
- Clean layout and typography
- Fundamentals of visual hierarchy and branding
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Lightroom
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; adept at taking direction, asking insightful questions, and delivering consistently.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a significant advantage.
