Why This Role is Exciting:
We are looking for a proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our team, acting as a strategic partner and driving data-centric decision-making across our high-growth organization. This role involves comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the leadership teams of Human Resources (HR), Finance, and Legal, alongside the Corporate FP&A deliverables, such as headcount reports and workforce analyses. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost management while translating complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Oversee the annual budgeting and quarterly/monthly forecasting processes for G&A functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Corporate overhead), including personnel planning and operating expenses.
Create and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
Perform in-depth variance analysis to compare actual results with budget and forecast, offering concise commentary on key drivers and trends to G&A leadership.
Manage the consolidation and reporting of G&A performance metrics and support the continuous improvement of reporting processes.
