- Join our team at Celanese as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you will support Mylar Americas in fostering a finance-driven culture focused on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Your contributions will extend to global Mylar processes and provide vital support for various Finance Team activities, including financial audits.

- In this business partner role, you will take ownership of cost and productivity management across Mylar Americas, implementing an FP&A-centric mindset.

- You will actively engage stakeholders, keeping them informed of critical activities and issues, including the Mylar CFO, Mylar CEO, and regional operations leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct margin analysis to enhance decision-making processes regarding the value management (VM) and gross margin (GM) improvement of the Mylar business.
- Provide financial modeling for business optimization initiatives.
- Consolidate financial forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for the Americas region while driving forecast accuracy and accountability.
- Assist the Mylar Global CFO and finance team with various reporting requests.
- Optimize and maintain existing reporting decks for internal business and manufacturing reviews, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with other regional Mylar finance teams to standardize FP&A processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to manage independent projects.
- Proven capability to drive and implement change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision; a self-starter who can multitask and prioritize effectively.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across various organizational levels, including peers, operations managers, senior leaders, and operators.
- Proficiency in SAP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline; CPA certification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably within FP&A.
- Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
