Position Overview
Our Global Sales, Services & Spares IQ and Sustaining teams are on the lookout for Senior Engineers I & II, Field Service (level determined by experience, qualifications, and responsibilities) to join ASM at a customer site (TSMC) in North Valley, AZ. This role requires domestic and international travel of at least 75%. As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting advanced semiconductor equipment that drives the world’s most innovative technologies. You will lead complex troubleshooting efforts, mentor fellow engineers, and enhance our customer relationships by ensuring high-performance fabrication environments. Your expertise will directly influence tool reliability, customer satisfaction, and the future of ASM technology.
