In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales leaders, the Go-to-Market Lead, and global stakeholders to develop enterprise programs that enhance customer relationships, address sector priorities in Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise program execution. Drive the development and implementation of global enterprise program offerings tailored to Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources markets. Partner with cross-functional teams across Global Business Development, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure timely coordination of deliverables and dependencies in alignment with defined sales program objectives.
- Foster collaborative relationships. Work in tandem with sales, professional services, industry solutions, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery. Maintain alignment among stakeholders, track action items, and ensure consistent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
- Utilize insights for continuous improvement. Analyze industry, customer, and competitive insights to refine enterprise program strategy, planning, and implementation. Establish and report on key performance metrics; identify risks and challenges; escalate as needed; and support mitigation strategies to keep programs on track and aligned with desired outcomes.
- Drive business impact. Support initiatives and change management efforts aimed at boosting customer acquisition, acceleration, and pipeline growth by coordinating enterprise programs, sales initiatives, and cross-divisional engagement efforts.
