The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Integration Engineer to take ownership of enterprise integrations within our expanding SaaS application ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will closely collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Security teams to guarantee reliable, scalable, and secure data flows between essential business systems.
Your contributions will be vital in designing, constructing, and supporting integrations across platforms such as Workday, ADP, NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Conga, Omnea, E*TRADE, and other current or anticipated enterprise systems. This position is crucial for enabling automation, minimizing manual tasks, preserving data integrity, and ensuring seamless interoperability as we expand globally.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience with middleware and APIs, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a proven history of supporting business-critical integrations in fast-paced environments. You will thrive in dynamic biotech settings, adeptly balancing technical execution with cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you will leverage your experience to:
Act as the primary technical owner for enterprise integrations spanning HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and operational systems.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations utilizing middleware/iPaaS platforms and APIs.
Define and implement suitable integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven, file-based) based on system and business needs.
Oversee the complete integration lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Implement secure authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, token-based authentication) while ensuring compliance with security best practices.
Develop and maintain data transformation and mapping logic across diverse SaaS systems.
Establish robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms to ensure reliability and accuracy of data.
