ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division focuses on two core missions: crafting highly capable autonomous drones and manufacturing robust solid rocket motors at scale. We transform innovative concepts into fully operational capabilities by collaborating closely with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. Through our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team, we design and produce solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials and proprietary formulations, ensuring safe and reliable propulsion systems for diverse mission requirements. Our team welcomes engineers who are eager to contribute to a powerful portfolio of autonomous aerial systems and high-performance rocket motors, creating reliable solutions for the most challenging operational environments.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Test Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of test systems for our electronic products. This role requires collaboration with various teams to identify testing gaps and develop comprehensive hardware and software testing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in delivering turnkey test solutions for electronic components and systems, with expertise in hardware, software, integration, and sustainment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the definition of Hardware Qualification test plans for new products and features in partnership with firmware, software, and hardware design teams.
- Develop test strategies that enhance product safety, reliability, mitigate risks, and optimize FMEA coverage and scheduling.
- Design and execute tests on PCBA and electrical system components, including hands-on testing and necessary rework.
- Analyze data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
