Key Responsibilities (75%):
- Drive the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for eCommerce products contributing over $6 billion in revenue.
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, developers, marketers, and data scientists to define product requirements and prioritize features that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions to refine features and user interactions.
- Act as the customer advocate by gathering and analyzing user feedback and collaborating with research teams to inform product strategies that exceed customer expectations.
- Remain informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technologies in the food delivery and restaurant sectors to foster innovation.
Product Governance (25%):
- Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of projects that meet defined requirements.
- Support necessary IT initiatives to enhance site performance and ordering accessibility in compliance with WCAG standards.
- Collaborate with international eCommerce teams to incorporate best practices in user experience.
- Work alongside the eCommerce Product Innovation team to align on business initiatives and cross-functional requirements.
