WEKA is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Director of Strategic Alliances - Server OEM Partners to spearhead the development and expansion of our vital OEM and systems manufacturer partnerships. This pivotal executive role, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, operates at the crossroads of strategy, product innovation, and market presence.
This is not a conventional sales position. Rather, it serves as a crucial strategic enablement function aimed at expediting revenue growth for WEKA's field sales team. By forging partnerships, establishing programs, developing joint solutions, and creating operational frameworks, you will eliminate obstacles and enhance the efficacy of our sales representatives in the field.
Our partners play a uniquely strategic role within the WEKA ecosystem, acting as technology alliance partners, resellers of WEKA software, and essential components of our supply chain. We seek a leader adept at managing these complex relationships in a coordinated manner, ensuring WEKA is intricately woven into partner solution stacks, sales strategies, and fulfillment channels.

Strategic Alliance Leadership
Executive Ownership: Act as the primary relationship steward for top-tier server OEM and systems partners, fostering trusted relationships at the executive level.
Vision & Roadmap: Establish a multi-year vision for each strategic partnership, detailing shared KPIs, joint investment areas, and comprehensive business strategies.
Joint Product Strategy: Lead the progression of a joint product strategy that transcends integration, shaping the technological landscape.
