About the Role
The Senior Director of Enterprise Renewals Account Management will serve as a strategic visionary and operational driver, enhancing retention and growth within the Americas enterprise portfolio while overseeing the EMEA and APJ regions. Success will be gauged through achieving renewal and new business objectives, strengthening Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and fostering a high-performance culture focused on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Coordination & Governance: Develop processes and frameworks to facilitate collaboration among Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure effective execution of renewal strategies.
- Design engagement processes, playbooks, workflows, and training programs to promote operational excellence.
- Lead the team to achieve Account Growth Quotas (Renewal + Expansion).
- Collaborate with sales counterparts to maintain forecasting accuracy for the pipeline and bookings.
- Devise win-back strategies for the Enterprise segment.
- Deliver structured insights on customer behavior and market trends within the Enterprise sector.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, translating complex renewal strategies into actionable recommendations.
- Influence organizational policies and frameworks regarding renewal governance, pricing, and compliance across regions.
- Engage directly with C-Suite executives from customer organizations.
- Foster talent development by mentoring a high-performing team, encouraging accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
