About the Role:
The Senior Director of Program Management; Center of Excellence Lead will play a pivotal role in establishing and upholding LINK’s comprehensive program management standards, tools, and methodologies. This position is responsible for the design, execution, training, and ongoing enhancement of program management operations across the organization, ensuring all delivery teams meet established standards.
As the foremost authority on program management, contract adherence, financial management, and security compliance, this leader will ensure LINK consistently upholds operational integrity and regulatory compliance. This leadership position has the authority to set expectations, enforce standards, and foster accountability across all programs.
This role is vital to LINK’s ongoing success. The Director of Program Management will:
- Establish best practices in Program Management to guarantee exceptional contract compliance and effective account management across the organization.
- Develop innovative Program Management tools, methods, and standards.
- Train, mentor, and nurture a team of proficient Program Managers.
- Safeguard LINK against compliance and financial risks.
- Ensure Program Management adds value to delivery excellence rather than serving as mere checklists or compliance tasks.
- Enhance client trust and ensure the long-term success of contracts.
