We are in search of a Senior Director of Product to spearhead the strategy and growth of our B2B product portfolio. This pivotal leadership role necessitates extensive experience in Healthcare Product Leadership. You will oversee a suite of products designed to assist healthcare organizations in navigating the challenges of hiring, credentialing, and workforce compliance.
In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers, driving revenue growth and market expansion while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Your expertise will bridge the gap between intricate regulatory requirements and intuitive SaaS solutions, ensuring our offerings provide significant business value to our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Portfolio Leadership: Own the roadmap for our comprehensive B2B healthcare product suite. Identify market expansion opportunities, manage pricing strategies, and lead product-led growth (PLG) initiatives.
Cultivating Product Ownership: Directly manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, transitioning them from a reactive tactical approach to one that embodies deep product ownership and strategic accountability.
Go-To-Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to implement cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets from a product-led perspective, identifying optimal market entry points, and maximizing Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Regulatory Navigation: Convert the complex and evolving regulatory landscape into product opportunities, ensuring our portfolio remains the benchmark for compliance while fostering a rapid pace of innovation.
Integrations & User Experience as a Value Driver: Serve as the strategic lead for key roadmap decisions regarding integration strategies and the enhancement of User Experience (UX).
