Positioned at the crossroads of Product and market strategy, you will lead our product marketing, analyst relations, and demonstration operations teams, enhancing Unit4’s go-to-market capabilities in alignment with the ambitious launch of our AI-native platform. Your focus will be on ensuring that our positioning, communication, and demonstrations resonate powerfully in the marketplace, matching the quality of our innovations.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from Spain, Portugal, or the UK.
Your Mission
Your immediate focus will be to spearhead the global go-to-market launch of Unit4’s AI-native architecture: a comprehensive, 18-month initiative that will redefine our approach to bringing innovation to market.
This role is not merely about maintaining a steady portfolio; it is a transformative launch position with enduring impact. Through this initiative, you will establish scalable go-to-market practices that future innovations will adopt.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the AI-native Go-To-Market Launch
- Oversee the strategy and execution of the GTM for Unit4’s AI-native architecture as part of a company-wide initiative.
- Translate intricate technical innovations into clear, compelling economic narratives for CFOs, COOs, and CHROs.
- Align Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams around a unified, revenue-driven launch.
- Utilize this launch to develop scalable GTM methodologies for future innovations.
Enhancing Product Marketing and Messaging
- Build and lead a sustainable product marketing function beyond individual product launches.
- Shift focus from features to outcomes and economic impact in messaging.
- Create GTM playbooks, sales narratives, and competitive positioning that drive revenue and market success.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure launches are commercially viable and market-ready.
- Challenge launch readiness when value propositions are not credible or demonstrable.
Linking Narrative to Evidence
- Integrate demonstration services into the narrative to enhance storytelling without distraction.
- Ensure coherence between messaging, demonstrations, and proof throughout the buyer's journey.
- Position demonstrations as a continual commercial advantage, rather than solely launch support.
Influencing Market Perception
- Lead analyst relations to position Unit4’s AI capabilities as distinct and significant.
- Utilize analyst engagement to validate messaging and refine positioning.
