As a pivotal member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Information Technology, you will spearhead the planning, direction, and oversight of CIMA+’s business applications and solutions. Your leadership will shape the Business Solutions function and position it as a crucial element of our company’s digital transformation journey.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing and supporting our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, D365, advancing our application ecosystem architecture, and evolving our enterprise data architecture. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to the execution of key technology initiatives.
This role is based in one of our Quebec offices, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid format.
Main Responsibilities
- Foster trusted relationships and effectively communicate strategic visions with senior leadership and team members across Canada.
- Recruit, motivate, and mentor a team of business analysts, programmers, and data management specialists, including both employees and consultants, to support our transformation goals.
- Engage in continuous technology monitoring and recommend innovative solutions that align with organizational needs.
- Contribute to the formulation of the IT strategic plan and the Business Solutions roadmap.
- Collaborate on developing departmental operating and capital budgets, analyze outcomes, and ensure compliance with budgetary targets.
- Establish IT management policies and processes grounded in best practices to enhance service delivery for internal and external clients.
- Maintain and advance CIMA+’s business solutions to facilitate company growth.
- Develop a technology evolution roadmap that aligns with the needs of various departments, users, and clients.
- Plan and oversee multiple business-sector projects across CIMA+.
