Your Role:
- Lead Electric Engine Diagnostics and Analysis
- Conduct thorough Electric Engine teardowns and root cause analyses
- Act as the primary technical authority for troubleshooting and resolving critical issues throughout the design and development phases
- Make informed decisions to prioritize crucial concerns affecting product safety and performance
- Develop Advanced Systems and Procedures
- Design comprehensive Electric Engine teardown protocols and documentation
- Create real-time health monitoring systems
- Set Electric Engine end-of-line test specifications to guarantee quality and reliability
- Drive Engineering Excellence
- Manage field failure analysis and implement corrective measures to prevent future occurrences
