About the Role:
In the role of Senior Deployment Engineer, you will be instrumental in bridging our engineering and client success teams. You will ensure that Atolio's enterprise search platform is deployed effectively, securely, and efficiently across diverse environments. Taking ownership of the entire deployment lifecycle, you will manage environment setup, infrastructure provisioning, configuration, integration, and monitoring. Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing client adoption and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
Lead client-specific deployments and onboarding of Atolio’s platform in cloud-native or hybrid environments.
Design and implement deployment processes prioritized on scalability, security, and reliability.
Integrate Atolio with an array of enterprise systems (e.g., document repositories, ticketing systems, code repositories).
Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and enhance system performance.
Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in collaboration with clients' internal engineering teams.
Maintain precise deployment documentation and advocate for best practices for both internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in deployment, DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering roles.
Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong background in containerization, particularly with Kubernetes.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm.
Familiarity with secure networking, identity management (e.g., SAML, OIDC), and API integration.
