Job Summary:
The Senior Demand Generation Specialist will strategically execute and optimize integrated marketing programs utilizing a diverse mix of content marketing, email campaigns, and both paid and organic digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. The primary objective is to elevate brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. This role emphasizes the implementation of demand generation strategies, supports account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and fosters collaboration with marketing and sales teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new content and campaigns to drive qualified lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales to achieve account targets, create integrated campaigns, and deliver programs focused on generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, RollWorks) for optimal reach across paid search, social media, content marketing, and email.
- Work with the marketing team to design landing pages, advertisements, emails, and other digital assets to enhance engagement and align with evolving messaging.
- Assist in executing a content atomization strategy to present information in digestible formats, boosting client interaction across social platforms, paid media, and the Precision website.
- Partner with design and content teams to create essential campaign elements, ensuring high-quality imagery and content for emails, landing pages, and other promotional materials.
- Manage the library of templates for email marketing, landing pages, forms, and other assets, adhering to best practices for email marketing, mobile responsiveness, and compatibility across devices.
- Analyze marketing metrics to refine campaign performance, demonstrate ROI across all channels, and suggest adjustments to enhance growth strategies.
