Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation roadmap for the designated geography/squad, collaborating closely with the Services Line of Business while adhering to deployment methodologies.
- Engage with Operations and Country stakeholders to define the transformation roadmap, including capacity planning for various digital project roles and staffing requirements.
- Proactively manage local staffing needs for digital roles within the country.
- In partnership with the E2E Transformation Leader, nurture relationships with Operations and Country stakeholders, acting as the Program Digital Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated regions.
- Ensure successful project delivery by maintaining communication with the E2E Solution Delivery Manager, overseeing project activities from inception to closure.
- Coordinate with squad members and local teams on the decommissioning of legacy applications, aligning with the rollout and adoption of target applications.
- Provide regular status updates on project progress, addressing risks and escalations as necessary.
- Facilitate value realization and seamless transition to operational phases post-project.
- Assist in implementing the performance management framework, including KPIs and adoption processes, while establishing baseline performance metrics and preliminary targets.
- Review KPIs and performance metrics, contributing to action plans for improvement when relevant.
