Your Role
Design and implement machine learning models focused on campaign optimization, particularly in bid strategies, budget allocation, and pacing algorithms in a DSP context, especially for Connected TV (CTV) campaigns.
Lead the development of a model orchestration layer to tackle intricate multi-objective optimization challenges.
Collaborate across Product and Engineering domains to ensure cohesive operation of model suites, optimizing performance against varying business KPIs.
Drive data and ML strategy for audience segmentation and targeting, leveraging both first-party and third-party data sources to improve product efficiency and advertiser success.
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to integrate advanced models and data pipelines into production, ensuring scalability and high performance.
Conduct in-depth analytics to reveal strategic insights into campaign performance and market trends.
