Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Senior Data Scientist to become an integral part of our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and optimization methodologies. You will be instrumental in crafting and deploying sophisticated machine learning models, generating actionable insights, and refining our advertising strategies.
This position is based in Ukraine, with a primarily remote work setup and occasional in-person meetings in our offices located in Kyiv or Lviv.
Core Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement state-of-the-art supervised and reinforcement learning models to enhance ad targeting and boost campaign outcomes.
● Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to pinpoint opportunities for applying machine learning and optimization strategies to address business challenges.
● Engage in comprehensive data analysis and feature engineering to prepare datasets for machine learning endeavors.
● Utilize optimization algorithms to maximize the impact and efficiency of advertising campaigns.
● Assess and enhance existing models to improve their accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
● Leverage statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze large, complex datasets.
● Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and optimization practices.
● Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems.
