About the job
At Headway, we are on a transformative mission to create an accessible mental health care system for everyone. Our innovative technology connects individuals with exceptional therapists through the first software-driven national network of providers who accept insurance.
In the United States, 1 in 4 individuals has a treatable mental health condition, yet the majority of providers do not accept insurance, rendering therapy unaffordable for many. At Headway, we are committed to reshaping mental healthcare by simplifying the process for therapists to accept insurance and expand their practices.
Founded in 2019, Headway has rapidly evolved into a diverse national network comprising over 60,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states. Our platform has successfully served over 1 million patients, and we are proud to be a Series D company backed by prominent investors including a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), Accel, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Spark Capital, Thrive Capital, Forerunner Ventures, and Health Care Service Corporation.
We aim to make your time with us the most impactful experience of your career. Join us in revolutionizing mental healthcare for the better.
