Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to elevate ShopMy’s data team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing and managing our data foundation, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and usability of our data.
As a data analyst, you will not only interpret data but also enhance its reliability and functionality for team members. Your expertise in navigating data systems will help identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies, driving value through optimized data practices. You are a technical, detail-oriented professional with a knack for prioritizing and solving problems in dynamic environments.
Familiarity with a modern data stack (SQL, data pipelines, BI tools, scripting) is essential, as you will create systems that others trust and rely on. Over time, this position will evolve into a collaborative role with Product and Engineering teams to ensure new features and products are data-driven, measurable, and optimized for performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and continuously enhance ShopMy’s data foundation, ensuring it is reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Design, build, and maintain robust data models and pipelines in Snowflake.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and validation systems to proactively address data and product-related issues.
- Conduct audits and improve data quality across various sources, tracking systems, and transformations.
- Enhance data usability and accessibility for all stakeholders.
