Position: Senior Customer Success Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid Remote/In-Office 3 days per week)

Your Responsibilities:
- Represent Realtor.com® professionally through inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and text.
- Conduct over 300 warm calls daily to uncover clients' real estate needs while delivering exceptional service and solutions.
- Perform comprehensive discovery to understand consumer goals, budgets, timelines, financing, and preferences, facilitating connections with top-tier real estate professionals.
- Collaborate with a team and work independently to achieve success.
