ROLE OVERVIEW
We are on the lookout for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Go-to-Market team. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate robust and scalable relationships with our customers, promoting adoption, retention, and expansion. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success.
This is a full-time, 100% remote role available only for candidates located in the USA.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a startup, we are seeking a proactive individual ready to engage deeply, contributing to our mission of customer success. In the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, you will:
Manage a portfolio of Rasa’s key strategic customers.
Facilitate successful onboarding and effective adoption of Rasa solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels to resolve obstacles.
Conduct kickoff calls, project meetings, QBRs, and renewals with professionalism and impact.
Anticipate challenges, manage escalations, and maintain open lines of communication with customers.
Drive value realization throughout the customer journey, consistently communicating that value back to customers using data and insights.
