About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing Customer Success team. You will be entrusted with managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the US, presenting a unique chance to influence the growth trajectory of our startup significantly.

This position reports directly to the Director of US Customer Success and operates in a hybrid model, with three days a week at our Midtown Manhattan headquarters.
We offer a competitive salary with an anticipated compensation range of $150,000 to $170,000 annually.
