We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Customer Care Agent to serve as a vital link between our clients and our services. In this role, you will provide essential product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and maintain a customer-centric approach will be key to your success in attracting and retaining business.
This position is based in our Concord office and is primarily on-site. In case of provincial restrictions due to the pandemic, you may be required to set up a home office with high-speed internet until it is safe to return. However, regular in-office attendance is expected.
The responsibilities of the Senior Customer Care Agent include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Managing customer service calls, completing online forms, and responding to emails.
- Processing orders for both new and existing customers efficiently.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
- Updating and managing customer databases effectively.
- Promoting Terminix products and services actively.
- Coordinating with field technicians to manage their schedules and priorities.
- Communicating work orders and messages between technicians and field management.
- Striving for continuous improvement in service excellence and adherence to business processes.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at all times.
- Being available to work as required based on customer needs.
- Performing additional duties as needed.
