About The Role
In the position of Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will conceptualize, test, and optimize comprehensive campaigns across various channels including email, advertising, direct mail, events, in-app notifications, SMS, and more. Your goal will be to educate prospects, convert qualified leads into customers, and foster retention and growth of existing relationships through targeted, value-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Attract and nurture prospects: Create mid and bottom funnel campaigns designed to inform and engage potential customers, enhancing the conversion of MQLs into opportunities and boosting sales pipeline velocity.
Convert leads to customers: Develop targeted nurture tracks, triggered campaigns, and personalized journeys that expedite demo requests and drive customer acquisition.
Retain and grow existing customers: Implement onboarding and engagement programs that maximize product adoption, customer satisfaction, and lifetime value.
Leverage a full-channel mix: Collaborate across email, paid and organic digital campaigns, direct mail, field and virtual events, SMS, and more to create cohesive and impactful experiences throughout the prospect and customer journey.
Test, measure, and optimize: Continuously assess campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
