Join our dynamic team at O'Keeffe CPA & Associates as a Senior Cost Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in providing financial, economic, and cost analysis support to a large Department of Defense (DoD) program. As an integral member of the project team, you will work directly with the project manager to develop and maintain comprehensive cost documents that align with DoD Acquisition Management policies and procedures. Key documents will include Cost Analysis Requirements Documents (CARD), Economic Analysis Development Plans (EADP), and Economic Analyses (EA).
In this position, you will conduct in-depth scenario and affordability analyses, utilizing historical performance metrics, cost models, and program metrics to inform decision-making. You will collaborate closely with program and acquisition managers to formulate acquisition strategies and develop analyses, plans, and documentation. Your expertise will be invaluable in executing internal cost assessments, budgeting analyses, and independent government cost estimates for contracting actions. Additionally, you will audit vendor pricing, billing, and work breakdown structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
As part of your role, you will also provide insightful updates and presentations to various executive offices within and outside the program, showcasing your analytical findings and recommendations.
