The Bank of Jordan is on the lookout for a highly skilled and driven Senior Corporate Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and strengthening relationships with our corporate clientele, ensuring their financial objectives are met through customized banking solutions tailored to support their business ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire and manage both new and existing corporate clients to expand the business and enhance the credit portfolio.
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive sector analyses, financial assessments, and credit evaluations, including risk analysis and pricing recommendations.
- Promote and cross-sell corporate banking, transaction banking, and cash management products.
- Address corporate client inquiries, ensuring prompt and precise service delivery.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to solidify relationships and broaden the corporate portfolio.
- Monitor credit utilization, manage overdrawn accounts, and coordinate collections for overdue payments.
- Oversee and manage accounts showing signs of deterioration and escalate issues to EWS and remedial units as necessary.
- Lead and synchronize marketing efforts of the team to meet portfolio and profitability targets.
- Assist in executing business continuity and emergency response plans as required.
