At Holla, we collaborate within practice groups organized by area of law. Our corporate law practice group in Eindhoven is divided into four sub-teams: 'financing, securities, and insolvency', 'M&A', commercial contracts, and 'litigation'. The litigation team, consisting of 13 attorneys, specializes in high-quality litigation practices, focusing particularly on corporate and commercial disputes. We are seeking a senior attorney with extensive experience in resolving conflicts within both commercial and non-commercial organizations, including disputes among shareholders, partners, directors, and/or supervisors.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage corporate and commercial disputes with a strong emphasis on corporate litigation.
Oversee case files and develop effective strategies in close collaboration with partners and junior colleagues.
Maintain client relationships and translate legal complexities into practical advice.
Enhance your specialized knowledge of corporate litigation and share insights within and outside the organization.
Actively participate in the training and development of junior colleagues.
Contribute to the expansion of the practice by identifying commercial opportunities and initiating actions to realize them.
Our clients primarily consist of (large) companies and professional organizations. While most of our clients are based and operate in the Netherlands, our international collaboration with Holla's offices abroad and the global supply chains many of our clients are involved in means that a significant portion of our work has an international dimension. Many of our clients are located in the Eindhoven region, where members of the litigation team are also actively engaged, for example, in various networking clubs.
