Advance your career in Marketing as a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to spearhead the implementation and analysis of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across multiple digital platforms. This role requires leveraging technical expertise to effectively set up and manage tests, interpret results, and deliver actionable insights aimed at continuous improvement of key conversion metrics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Senior CRO Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience, maximizing conversion rates, and ultimately driving revenue growth for Trafilea.
Core Responsibilities
Contribute as an expert within the Retention-Store/Subscriptions teams, managing optimization metrics and overseeing the backlog of test ideas.
Enhance CRO capabilities and processes across the company to empower activation and retention teams in outlining experiments and growth strategies (including Email Marketing, Coupon Strategies, Shapermint Club, Loyalty Program, Referral, Stores, Checkouts, App, etc.).
Devise the web testing and personalization strategy and roadmap; lead the development and implementation of the entire testing process—from ideation to analysis and retrospectives—in collaboration with various teams.
Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRO to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
