We are looking for a passionate and driven Content Marketing Lead who will take charge of the comprehensive content strategy across various platforms such as mobile applications, websites, blogs, Instagram, and YouTube. This position transcends simple content posting; you will cultivate brand narratives, create culturally resonant campaigns, and design engaging content that presents astrology as both meaningful and practical in everyday life. Collaborating closely with founders, designers, and creative partners, you will enhance audience trust, ignite discussions, and foster sustained user engagement through compelling storytelling and results-oriented execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a quarterly editorial calendar that spans website content, blogs, in-app materials, and video platforms.
- Align content themes with product launches, astrological events, and overarching marketing goals.
- Spot emerging trends and audience insights to generate innovative, relevant content ideas.
- Produce and publish a variety of content formats, including long-form articles, quizzes, explainers, and video scripts.
- Lead the entire content lifecycle from ideation and planning to publishing and optimization.
- Ensure a unique and consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Conceptualize and script engaging short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Craft compelling hooks, captions, storyboards, and calls-to-action to enhance user engagement.
- Partner with designers and video editors to create high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Plan and implement both organic and paid content campaigns across social media, email, and partner channels.
- Monitor performance metrics, including engagement rates, watch times, shares, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on headlines, thumbnails, and content formats to optimize performance.
- Manage freelancers and creative collaborators while ensuring adherence to structured workflows and timelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and explore new content formats such as podcasts, webinars, and live sessions.
