In this pivotal role, you will create captivating narratives, oversee campaign content across various digital platforms, and ensure strict adherence to our brand identity. Your expertise will be essential in localizing and enhancing our bold global brand voice, working collaboratively with regional marketing, strategy, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine brand positioning to ensure consistency across campaigns and touchpoints in Southeast Asia.
- Align all content with the overarching brand identity, tone, and core values.
- Transform business objectives into audience-specific, narrative-led content strategies.
- Design and produce engaging content for diverse digital platforms, including social media, landing pages, thought leadership articles, customer case studies, campaign toolkits, and internal branding materials.
- Edit and localize global content to resonate with Southeast Asian audiences while maintaining cultural relevance and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with creative teams, designers, and writers to bring concepts to fruition across both visual and written mediums.
- Create integrated campaign content plans to bolster product launches, brand milestones, and seasonal initiatives.
- Lead the creative briefing process and oversee comprehensive campaign content delivery across multiple markets.
- Evaluate campaign performance and optimize content based on data insights.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to gather insights, align messaging, and ensure cohesive communications.
- Engage with agency and freelance talents as required for execution.
- Manage social media calendars and direct the voice and messaging of brand content across regional social channels.
- Enhance engagement through influencer partnerships and employee advocacy programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or campaign development, preferably within the fintech, B2B, or agency sectors.
- A portfolio that illustrates strong storytelling, brand development, and multi-channel content strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage content workflows in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen understanding of editorial tone and nuance.
- Strong project management skills, balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Figma, Airtable, and/or CMS and social scheduling platforms is advantageous.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian region and knowledge of localization best practices is highly desirable.
