The Transitions team at WNS plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless migration and transition of client processes across various geographies. This team is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of transitions, starting from project sign-off until all processes are operational and stable, with all client objectives met. In addition, they are tasked with developing tailored solutions and pricing strategies for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and deal pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple large-scale transitions for client processes.
- Conduct comprehensive project planning and reporting to clients, internal stakeholders, and transition leaders.
- Proactively manage project reviews, including risk assessment, issue escalation, and milestone tracking.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements within projects.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Address project escalations and manage conflicts effectively.
- Mentor and develop direct reports to enhance their professional growth.
- Focus on achieving positive transition outcomes, including:
- Financial management of projects (resources, technology, infrastructure) to balance risks with execution speed.
- Enhancing customer experience by understanding and managing client expectations.
- Establishing metrics for deliverables and ensuring visibility from day one of go-live.
- Lead concurrent initiatives and ensure compliance with the WNS Transition Methodology.
- Design transition solutions for new business opportunities (RFI/RFP).
- Collaborate with the solutions team to respond to RFI/RFPs.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities within the transition function, such as capability building.
