The Role:
As a Senior Conference Producer for Clarion Events Middle East, you will spearhead the execution of an ambitious content strategy that enhances engagement for our Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) exhibitions and conferences. You will maintain a close connection to our global portfolios, identifying trends and opportunities while crafting innovative content. Reporting to the Regional Head, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the success of our commercially driven events.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the launch of a new event brand in the Middle East, engaging across multiple sectors including Life Sciences, Industrials, and Civil Defence. You will focus on establishing our presence in the high-growth Saudi Arabian market, particularly in preparation for flagship events launching in H2 2026.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially savvy Production Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and excels at curating content that aligns with market demands. Proficiency in Arabic and experience in the Middle East would be advantageous as we expand our international reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the production of two major annual events in Saudi Arabia.
- Meeting key government stakeholders alongside the Head of Content.
- Conducting a minimum of 25 research calls to identify key themes and topics for the events.
- Building targeted buy-side lists throughout the campaign.
- Identifying key job titles from each company for the TM list, aiming for a total of 400 names by campaign end.
- Creating a SPEX TM list targeting 50 companies two weeks after agenda launches for local sales teams.
- Participating in five calls per week with stakeholders to refine content.
