Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a Senior Compensation Business Partner to spearhead our compensation strategies across our business-facing teams, including Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Category Management, Sales, Marketing, and more. This pivotal role influences how Whatnot attracts, rewards, and retains exceptional talent across diverse fields.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will offer strategic insights on compensation design, organizational planning, and performance alignment. This position demands strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to create scalable frameworks that foster fairness and accountability.
Serve as the go-to compensation advisor for business leaders, translating strategic objectives into effective compensation structures and organizational design recommendations.
Innovate and implement compensation programs that are aligned with business goals, enhancing retention and supporting long-term growth.
Craft tailored compensation strategies for a variety of roles, spanning analytical, operational, legal, finance, and emerging leadership positions.
Promote the adoption of consistent job leveling, job families, and pay structures across diverse business functions.
