The Senior Client Partner – Paris Ouest role has been newly reinforced to blend strategic partner leadership with regional ownership and organizational development.
About the Role
In the position of Senior Client Partner, you will spearhead a dynamic team consisting of an Account Management Lead, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager, while reporting to the Regional Director of Paris within the Commercial team. This role is based in Paris.
You will be responsible for driving growth and enhancing performance across strategic brand portfolios in one of Paris’s most vital areas. Acting as the senior commercial leader for your territory, you will ensure alignment between the overarching strategy for Paris and its local execution. Beyond managing partnerships, your role will be crucial in aligning the organization with business challenges and goals. You will design, lead, and continually refine the account management structure to guarantee the appropriate level of seniority, coverage, and quality of execution across the territory.
This senior leadership position (L6) has a direct influence on revenue, partner satisfaction, and team growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Commercial Strategy & Execution Excellence
Oversee the comprehensive growth of brand portfolios within your Paris Inner cluster.
Uphold 5 account management standards throughout your team, with clear delineation of portfolio sizes.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and strategies for upselling.
Develop and implement joint business plans focusing on partner growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights into Deliveroo's capabilities, competitors, and market trends.
Take charge of a commercial initiative for Paris: engage the team, drive performance, and proactively refine structures, focus, or processes.
