About the ideal candidate
The Senior Client Implementation Manager (Sr. CIM) acts as a primary coordinator for customers, providing comprehensive support for project-managed implementations and one-time engagement projects. The successful candidate will develop a profound understanding of the customer's business model to offer tailored recommendations, configure customer sites, and suggest best practices. The Sr. CIM will oversee both the management and implementation of assigned customer projects at a strategic level while also providing support at a tactical level as needed. Furthermore, the Sr. CIM may assess projects for scoping and pricing, offering consultative support for all products within the Professional Services team.
About the role
- Consult with customers to review project requirements for design and implementation, and participate in the estimation and SOW process, including timelines and costs.
- Support implementation projects by consulting with customers and partners to understand their business models and objectives, designing workflows that result in a robust and scalable solution.
- Coordinate and implement complex, multi-location integrations, focusing on strategic customer implementation and data projects to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Lead smaller implementation projects for strategic accounts, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with the assigned Project Manager on large strategic account implementation projects.
- Engage with customers to manage initial access, coordinate data conversions and integrations, create process documentation and templates, and train users for successful adoption of the technology.
