Your Role:
As a Senior Client Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, delivering exceptional support that enhances our client and advisor experiences. You will be an indispensable partner to multiple advisors, ensuring they and their clients receive unparalleled service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an adept problem-solver, and possesses excellent communication skills to help build lasting client relationships.
This position is vital for establishing our operational standards and ensuring we meet the highest expectations in client and advisor support. As one of the early members of Savvy, you will contribute to the development of our client servicing function and collaborate closely with our Product and Operations teams to refine the future of Savvy's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and provide administrative support to Savvy wealth managers, ensuring exceptional client service and the nurturing of long-term client relationships.
Assist in developing the standard operating procedures for client servicing.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product features and advisory services.
