Who You Are:
HighLevel is on the lookout for a Senior Business Systems Manager to take ownership of and advance the end-to-end architecture of our internal business systems. This strategic, senior-level role holds significant visibility and influence throughout the organization.
Focusing exclusively on internal operational systems rather than product infrastructure or customer-facing software, you will ensure that the platforms utilized by Support, Customer Success, Sales/Trial Experience, Partners/Affiliates, HR, Finance, Accounting, and RevOps work harmoniously as a cohesive, scalable ecosystem.
In addition to overseeing architecture, you will act as the primary decision-maker for new system requests—assessing the necessity of new tools, evaluating the true level of effort involved, and determining the total cost of ownership (TCO) relative to our existing systems and processes. This role offers the potential for team expansion and leadership as we grow.
