We are currently seeking a Senior Business Recruiter - Finance Client Lead to join our London HQ. In this influential role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to attract and recruit exceptional talent that will shape the future of our Finance organization.

Your Responsibilities
As part of the G&A Recruitment team, you will spearhead a shared recruitment strategy and innovative sourcing initiatives as we evolve as part of the DoorDash group into 2026. You will lead complex, senior-level searches from start to finish.
Your daily tasks will include:
Strategic Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior positions, employing a strategic and scalable approach to candidate generation that empowers the broader team.
Process Evolution: Develop and enhance long-term candidate assessment processes to improve hiring quality, making data-driven improvements that influence VP-level leadership.
Data Ownership: Collaborate with the HRD to present monthly and quarterly updates, highlighting key hiring metrics, pipeline reports, and market insights to the leadership team.
Business Partnership: Collaborate with leadership on long-term hiring strategies that align with broader business and People objectives, translating them into a robust Finance recruitment strategy.
DE&I Advocacy: Actively create long-term hiring solutions that empower our organization and leadership teams to cultivate a diverse and inclusive environment.
