We are on the lookout for a Hybrid Data Specialist with robust data engineering and analytical capabilities. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing the data infrastructure for Visa Marketing 360, our cutting-edge global marketing automation and personalization platform. You will collaborate with technology teams to architect, construct, and refine the data foundation that supports Visa Marketing 360. Your responsibilities will include defining and upholding a versatile and scalable data model that aligns with the ever-changing business and platform demands, ensuring the seamless integration, cleansing, and enrichment of internal and external data sources, making them ready for effective marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Integration
- Collaborate with technology teams to develop and sustain Visa Marketing 360's data foundation, integrating various internal and external data sources and implementing AI-driven data processing workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Conduct data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment to produce high-quality datasets tailored for marketing strategies.
- Embed internal predictive models and the Segmentation Engine into platform workflows.
- Create processes to monitor and uphold data quality, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Work with technology to build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring reliable real-time and batch data availability for marketing campaigns.
Data Model Definition & Governance
- Design, implement, and manage a flexible, scalable data model that accommodates evolving marketing campaign requirements, advanced analytics, and AI-driven personalization strategies.
- Ensure the data model can integrate new data sources and adapt to changing business rules and regional variations without disrupting operations.
- Engage with product and marketing teams to translate business requirements into robust data structures and relationships.
- Establish data governance standards that ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across the platform's datasets.
Data Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards featuring AI-generated insights and predictive KPIs to inform marketing strategy.
- Analyze campaign and customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to convert data into actionable insights for targeting, personalization, and messaging strategies.
- Contribute to A/B testing design and campaign measurement strategies.
AI & Automation
- Utilize AI to automate data preparation, segmentation, and campaign optimization workflows, thereby reducing time-to-market and operational effort.
- Assess and implement state-of-the-art AI analytics solutions to drive efficiency.
