Exciting Opportunity: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - NIRA
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining high-quality analytics that fuel our lending operations for the Nira business segment. You will collaborate closely with teams in business, credit, and finance to define key performance indicators (KPIs), develop scalable dbt models, and deliver reliable reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the migration of reporting into Databricks, ensuring data integrity, and working alongside the US-based Tilt BI team to uphold exceptional analytics standards.
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite), Bangalore, India
Your Impact
Create accurate, responsive, and user-friendly dbt models that enhance decision-making across Nira's lending operations.
Identify issues, edge cases, outliers, and anomalies in our lending data. Develop exception reporting and outlier analyses to bring attention to significant findings.
Adapt and extend dbt models according to evolving business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve data and model-related issues.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to update existing reporting and ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and the data infrastructure team to protect customer data and manage access controls effectively.
Enhance and expand documentation and guides related to BI data models.
Serve as a SQL query and analysis resource for analysts throughout the organization.
Work with the US-based Tilt BI team to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
Your Qualifications
A minimum of 6 years of experience working directly with business stakeholders, with a proven ability to quickly and deeply understand business requirements.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt for building analytical models.
Experience with data visualization tools and reporting software.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and maintain a focus on data integrity and security.
