Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are pivotal to MicroStrategy's ambitious revenue growth initiatives. They connect senior enterprise prospects with our Sales Teams through multiple channels. As a BDR, you will engage in strategic business development activities targeting both prospective and existing accounts, aiming to introduce and position MicroStrategy’s products and services to key decision-makers. This role includes facilitating initial meetings between prospects and our Account Executives, and as you gain experience, you may also conduct presentations and participate in product demos.
As a BDR, you will uphold the highest standards and learn to exemplify best practices in business development. At MicroStrategy, you will refine your prospecting and communication skills with senior enterprise professionals and learn how to identify genuine business opportunities, delivering exceptional value daily. Your Focus:
Qualifying leads to deliver sales-ready opportunities through various outbound communications (phone, email, and social media).
Collaborating with the Marketing Team to follow up on inbound events, support content downloads, and optimize pipeline generation through additional outbound efforts.
Driving pipeline and revenue for MicroStrategy in alignment with our ambitious revenue objectives.
Utilizing social networks, internal databases, and BDR tools to research and enhance prospective accounts.
Documenting your prospecting activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Achieving and surpassing individual targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Sharing best practices with colleagues and being open to learning from others.
Acquiring and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of MicroStrategy’s software platform and services, and developing deep insights into their applications.
Effectively communicating the value proposition of MicroStrategy to specific buyer personas in a clear and compelling manner.
